HOW YOU CAN HELP!
See below for the different ways you are able to help us.
Volunteering is a rewarding and positive way to spend any spare time you may have and we’re always in need of people to help in a variety of ways.
In particular, we welcome those who can volunteer to help with packing aid into boxes in our warehouse facility.
Please contact us if you feel you could help us in this or any other way.
We always need:
- Children’s clothes and shoes (not trainers) - new or nearly new
- Disposable nappies
- Toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shower gel, toilet rolls
- Washing powder
- Female sanitary products
- Stoma bags
- Bedding (no blankets or duvets please)
- Children’s toys & games
- Wheelchairs and walking aids
- Medical items e.g. syringes and needles, bandages, cotton wool (no medications e.g. medicines, tablets etc)
If you would like us to arrange collection of any items, please contact us.
Become a corporate sponsor
We receive financial and other support from a variety of businesses and companies.
Support has included vehicle supply (from the Rotary Club of North London) and assistance with travelling expenses to ensure timely delivery of aid to the Centre.
Advertising space is available on our vehicles, on our website and in our newsletter.
If your business would like to sponsor a vehicle and have your business brand promoted on the side of our vans, or indeed on this website, we can discuss with you the advertising opportunities we have available. Any help your business can give us to raise funds and awareness would be very much appreciated.
Perhaps you could hold a fundraising event, organise a raffle or include us in your marketing literature?
Fundraising is a fun and effective way to get family and friends involved in raising vital funds to support our Charity.
There are so many ways to raise funds and these are just some of the events that our supporters have recently organised:
- Cake sales
- Tombola stalls
- Coffee mornings
- Quiz nights
- Sponsored fun runs
- Sponsored swims
- London Marathon sponsorship
- Auctions of promises
- Dinner parties
We also attend various events ourselves throughout the year such as local fetes and would be delighted to see you there and receive your support
We really appreciate the support of all the fundraisers who already help us.
